- Discipline : ECE, EEE, E&I, CSE, CSIT, IT, Civil & Mechanical
- Qualification : First Class Engineering degree with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate from AICTE approved Colleges/
- Age : 25 years as on 31/10/2010
- Stipend : Rs.23800/- per month
- Pay Scale after confirmation : Rs.16400-40500/-
- Selection by : Written test and Interview
